Underground Utility Investigative Work Commences in LAX Terminal Area

Intermittent lane closures will be in effect on West Way and Center Way. One lane will be maintained at all times.

Date: Beginning Wednesday, May 30, through August 31, 2018

Location: West Way and Center Way in LAX Terminal Area

Time: 1 a.m. – 9 a.m.

Details: : Intermittent lane closures will be in effect Monday through Friday from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. throughout West Way and Center Way to conduct underground utility investigative exploration.  Work will be conducted by LINXS, the Automated People Mover developer. One lane of traffic will be maintained at all times.

Work will be performed during off-peak hours to minimize impacts. Motorists are encouraged to allow for additional travel time within the Terminal Loop. There will be no impacts to World Way.
