LANE RESTRICTIONS ON EASTBOUND CENTURY BLVD. AT AVION DR.

Activity:

To facilitate roadway paving related to the Automated People Mover project, eastbound lanes on Century Blvd. at Avion Dr., including a portion of Avion Dr., will be restricted Saturday, June 22 at 12:00 a.m. through Monday, June 24 at 5:00 a.m.

On eastbound Century Blvd., the two left turn lanes to northbound Avion Dr. including U-turns toward LAX will be closed; traffic will be detoured to Airport Blvd. Eastbound through traffic will be maintained at all times.

Southbound Avion Dr. through traffic at the intersection, including left turns to eastbound Century Blvd. will be closed; traffic must turn right to westbound Century Blvd.

Westbound Century Blvd. left turns to southbound Avion Dr. will be closed; all other westbound traffic will be maintained and will not be impacted by this work.

When southbound Avion Dr. is inaccessible, Cargo and Lot F tenants will be directed to use Airport Blvd. to reach facilities. Pedestrians will be detoured to Airport Blvd.

Please note: From 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 22 until work is complete at 5:00 a.m. on Monday, June 24, the northbound Sepulveda Blvd. ramp to eastbound Century Blvd. will be closed; the portion of this ramp leading to the LAX Airport Entry Flyover will remain open.

Traffic will be maintained at all times. Flaggers and signage will be in place to facilitate access and detours. Please plan ahead for potential delays, always observe posted signage, remain alert and use caution when traveling near construction areas.
