OVERNIGHT CLOSURES OF LAX EXIT RAMPS AT CENTURY/SEPULVEDA BOULEVARDS
Activity:
Beginning at 11 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, the northbound and southbound ramps at Century and Sepulveda boulevards will be closed until 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 12 to facilitate K-rail placement in the area. Travelers can use the detour route along West Century Boulevard, Airport Boulevard or 96th Street to access the northbound lanes of Sepulveda Boulevard.
Also during this period, the Century Boulevard bridge from Upper World Way (Departures Level) used when exiting the Central Terminal Area and the LAX ramp from Sepulveda Boulevard used to access eastbound Century Boulevard will be closed. Travelers exiting the Central Terminal Area using Upper World Way will use the Center Way detour to access Lower World Way and exit. Motorists on Sepulveda Boulevard will use the 96th Street detour to access Century Boulevard.
During the closure, motorists should use extra caution and pay attention to detour signage.
