LOWER/ARRIVALS LEVEL CLOSURES ON WORLD WAY AT TERMINAL 5 IN EFFECT FOR SHORING TOWER INSTALLATION
Beginning on the night of Monday, April 11, outer lane closures on the Lower/Arrivals Level of World Way near Terminal 5 will occur to facilitate shoring tower operations. The shoring tower will support the installation of a pedestrian bridge structure that will connect Terminal 5 to the future Automated People Mover Center Central Terminal Area Station.
Full closures of the Lower/Arrivals Level outer lanes will be in effect from the night of Monday, April 11 to the night of Thursday, April 14 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. for material and equipment mobilization. Full closures also will be in effect on the night of Monday, May 23 from midnight to 8 a.m. for material and equipment removal. During these closures, all traffic will be detoured to the Lower/Arrivals Level inner lanes.
Please watch for posted signage and prepare to follow all detour routes during this work. Always use caution when traveling through construction areas.
