NIGHTLY CLOSURES ON 98TH STREET BETWEEN VICKSBURG AVENUE AND AVION DRIVE TO SUPPORT AUTOMATED PEOPLE MOVER CONSTRUCTION

Activity:

Beginning July 21, 2020, 98th Street between Vicksburg Avenue and Avion Drive will be closed nightly for one week to support the installation of the Automated People Mover’s guideway falsework over the roadway. Westbound traffic will be directed to Century Boulevard to detour around the closure. Eastbound traffic on 98th Street has already been closed for construction on the LA Department of Water & Power 48-inch trunk line project and vehicles can continue to use the established detour on 96th Street. Detour signage will be posted.

Times: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
