Scott Feldmann is the Deputy Executive Director responsible for the delivery of all elements of the Landside Access Modernization Program (LAMP) and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). The program is made up of four key elements; The Automated People Mover (APM), the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (ConRAC), The Inter-Modal Terminals East and West (ITFE and ITFW), and the Utility and Enabling Projects.

Mr. Feldmann brings more than forty years’ experience in planning, designing, and managing the construction of aviation and airport projects and programs. Prior to joining LAWA in his current position, Mr. Feldmann served as the Project Executive responsible for Aviation Planning and Terminal Design with the Skanska Walsh Design Build Joint Venture for the redevelopment of Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in New York City. In this role Mr. Feldmann worked closely with the developer, LaGuardia Gateway Partners (LGP), who managed the Public Private Partnership (PPP) and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Together the team ensured that the construction of the new terminal and airfield on the footprint of the existing operating facility was phased to provide for the continued operation of the entire flight schedule while minimizing passenger disruption.

Mr. Feldmann’s other professional experience includes serving as Managing Director with AvAirPros responsible for planning and implementing three major programs for Delta Air Lines and developing the Airside Modernization Plan for the Department of Transportation -Airports Division (DOTA) at Honolulu International Airport (HNL) for the State of Hawaii. Mr. Feldmann served as the Manager of Facilities Design and Construction with United Airlines, Inc. in Chicago, IL where he managed a staff of 20 architects, system engineers, and construction managers to successfully complete a wide variety of airport terminal and support facility projects at 90 airports throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Feldmann began his aviation career with Republic Airlines where he served as a Project Architect responsible for terminal and support facilities at over 120 airports in the United States and Mexico. He began his professional career with the architectural firm Rafferty Rafferty Mikutowski, Inc. in St. Paul, MN. Mr. Feldmann attended the University of Minnesota-School of Architecture where he completed his Architectural Thesis
