Mr. Molnar has over 35 years experience in the Los Angeles construction market with leadership positions in general contracting and real estate development. Skilled in multiple type delivery includes Progressive and Stipulated Sum Design Build, Design Build Bid, Construction Manager at Risk and Public Private Partnership.

LAX experience includes North Terminals Inline Baggage Screening, Delta T5 FIS, Delta T5 Landside Improvements and Westfield Concessions T1, T2 and T3 airside redevelopments.

Emery is an active board member with the Los Angeles Orange County Ace Mentor program and Women in Construction Operations (WiOps).
