LAWA has conference rooms available to the Airlines, Service Providers, and Tenants of the Tom Bradley International Terminal. The room may be reserved, at no cost, on a first come, first serve basis, with Member Airlines having priority.

To reserve a time slot, first check availability in the link below. If the time that you want is available, submit your request to LAWA via the email link below. You must specify the Date, Meeting Start Time, Meeting End Time, Title of the Meeting, and a contact number.
