What is B2Gnow?

B2Gnow is a diversity management and compliance software. LAWA requires that B2Gnow is used by prime contractors and subcontractors during the life of their contract. Prime contractors and subcontractors will be able to report and verify payments that have been made/received. Any diversity goals that exist in the contract are tracked through B2Gnow.

B2Gnow is beneficial because it cuts down on physical reporting and allows for all of the information relating to the contract to be in one place. It also allows for payment discrepancies to be discovered and handled much quicker.

After the contract has been awarded, information forms are required to accurately set up the profiles of the prime contractors and subcontractors.
