Esther Landin is the Senior Workforce Development Manager with Los Angeles World Airports. 

Ms. Landin leads the LAWA First Source Hiring Program (FSHP) connecting local community members to aviation career opportunities at LAX. As the leader of the FSHP, Ms. Landin works with more than 300 airport employers; develops strategic partnerships with workforce agencies that provide recruitment, training, and employment support services; attends and plans career fairs; and serves as a Board Member Alternative with the South Bay Workforce Development Board (SBWIB).  She is also leading the modernization and redesign of the FSHP online employment platform www.jobsatlax.org to better connect job seekers and employers, launching December 2024!

With 15 years' experience as a workforce development professional, Ms. Landin has developed and implemented workforce preparation and career pathway programs to increase access to education, training, and employment to advance upward career mobility, equitable economic impacts,and a more inclusive workforce.
