Project Overview:
The Taxiway D Extension Project will be closing Taxiway E between Taxiway N and Taxiway P continuously from March 06, 2024 through July 2, 2024. This closure will allow construction of new concrete and asphalt pavement at the Taxiway E and Taxiway P intersection.
Due to the construction work limits, both TaxiwayP between Taxiway D and Taxiway N2and Taxiway D between Taxiway N and Taxiway P will be restricted to ADG V or smaller (B777/A350).
Taxiway D between Taxiway AA and Taxiway P will also continue to be restricted to ADG IV or smaller (B767/MD11) due to the construction limits.
Taxiway Restrictions:
- Taxiway D between Taxiway AA and P restricted to ADG IV or smaller (B767/MD11) January 23, 2024 - July 2, 2024.
- Taxiway P between Taxiway D and Taxiway N2 restricted to ADG V or smaller (B777/A350) March 06, 2024 - July 2, 2024.
- Taxiway D between Taxiway N and Taxiway P restricted to ADG V or smaller (B777/A350) March 06, 2024 - July 2, 2024.
Operational Impacts:
- Due to the restrictions, ADG VI (A380/B748) aircraft transitioning between the north and south complexes will have available routes that include Taxiway P between Taxiway C and Taxiway N2 and Taxiway N between Taxiway C & TaxiwayE.
- Taxilane L and Taxilane K remain available to ADG VI (A380/B748) aircraft.
Notices to Air Missions (NOTAMs) have been issued for the scheduled closures. Please plan flight operations accordingly and check current NOTAMs at https://notams.aim.faa.gov/notamSearch for current airfield operating conditions.
