The Los Angeles Arabs Orchestra (LAAO) is a Southern-California based community orchestra of international musicians and singers. The five-year old orchestra has performed in concert at the many prestigious theaters attracting large audiences who enjoy music of the Middle East. concerts include educational segments explaining the type of music and traditional instruments, improvisations, traditional folk, classic, and contemporary repertoire. Artistic Director Hasan Minawi is a renowned music teacher, performer and conductor.
